Jewel's Lemon Sorbet

Jewel's Lemon Sorbet


  • 1 can of Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest


    1. Put all ingredients into a blender to thoroughly combine.
    2. Pour into a freezer safe container and cover with a lid.
    3. Place in the freezer for four hours.


For a soft-serve texture stir the mixture every half hour.
