Jewel's Lemon Sorbet
1 can of Coconut Cream
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
⅓ cup Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
Put all ingredients into a blender to thoroughly combine.
Pour into a freezer safe container and cover with a lid.
Place in the freezer for four hours.
For a soft-serve texture stir the mixture every half hour.
