
Ingredients
- 1 can of Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender to thoroughly combine.
- Pour into a freezer safe container and cover with a lid.
- Place in the freezer for four hours.
Notes
For a soft-serve texture stir the mixture every half hour.
